Returns and Exchange Policy

At Bar of Perfumes, we strive to provide our customers with a seamless and satisfying shopping experience. Due to the nature of our products, returns and exchanges are subject to the following policy:

Return Policy

• We do not accept returns for opened or used products due to hygiene and safety concerns.

• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

• To process your return request, please provide an unboxing video along with clear images of the product in its original packaging.

• If the package appears tampered with or damaged upon delivery, kindly refuse to accept the package and inform our customer support team immediately.

• Return requests must be sent via email at barofperfumes@gmail.com with the subject line “Return Request – Order #” and should include:

  • A detailed description of the issue.

  • Clear images and videos showing the defect or damage.

  • Your order number and contact details.

• Approved returns will be eligible for a replacement only. Refunds will not be issued under the return policy.

• If the return request is accepted, customers may be required to ship the product back to us. The return shipping cost will be borne by Bar of Perfumes only in case of damaged or incorrect items.

• Unauthorized returns or returns requested beyond the specified timeframe will not be accepted.

Exchange Policy

• We offer a one-time exchange in case of a defective, damaged, or incorrect product.

• The exchange request must be raised within 24-48 hours of receiving the order, along with supporting images and videos.

• The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging to qualify for an exchange.

• If an exchange is approved, we will arrange for a replacement to be shipped within 7 business days.

• If the requested item is out of stock, we will provide store credit or an alternative product of the same value.

• Exchange requests will not be accepted for reasons such as personal preference, fragrance dislikes, or minor packaging variations.
