• Standard delivery time varies between 5-7 business days, depending on the location.

• Deliveries to remote areas may take up to 10 business days.

• Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.

• A nominal shipping fee will be charged for orders below the free shipping threshold.

• COD (Cash on Delivery) orders may incur an additional charge, which will be displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be shared via email/SMS.

• You can track your order using the provided tracking link on our website.

Delivery Issues

• If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact our customer support team.

• In case of damaged, missing, or incorrect items, report the issue within 24 hours of delivery by emailing barofperfumes@gmail.com with an unboxing video and order details.

• If a package is marked as delivered but not received, report it within 3 days of the delivery notification.
